About modification of the Regulations on Management of the President of the Russian Federation on development of information and communication technologies and communications infrastructure approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 14, 2018 No. 334

Bring in the Regulations on Management of the President of the Russian Federation on development of information and communication technologies and communications infrastructure approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 14, 2018 No. 334 "About measures for optimization of structure of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 25, Art. 3646; 2023, No. 27, Art. 4980), following changes:

a) the subitem "b" of item 4 after the words "in the public and municipal authority" to add with words "ensuring technological sovereignty and information security,";

b) in Item 5:

add the subitem "a" with words ", ensuring technological sovereignty and information security";

in the subitem "b":

paragraph two after words of "digital infrastructure" to add with the words "including communications infrastructure";

word in paragraph ten of "the aggregated, consumed and placed information" shall be replaced with words "the data aggregated and analyzed with use of technologies of artificial intelligence and the technology solutions developed on the basis of artificial intelligence";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"ensuring technological sovereignty and information security;

protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing its personal data;

developments of technologies of artificial intelligence;".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
