About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 9, 2022 No. 839

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 9, 2022 No. 839 "About procedure for provision of the tariff privilege in the form of exemption of import customs duty concerning processing equipment, component parts and spare parts to it, the raw materials and materials imported for exclusive use in the territory of the Russian Federation within implementation of the investment projects corresponding to priority type of activity (the sector of economy) of the Russian Federation and about release from provision of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties concerning the specified goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 21, Art. 3437; 2023, No. 1, Art. 278).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 9, 2022 No. 839

1. Item 2 after words to "The rules approved by this resolution" to add with words "(further respectively - authorized federal executive bodies, authorized organizations)".

2. In item 4 of the word "authorized body" shall be replaced with words "authorized federal executive body or authorized organization".

3. Add with Item 5 (1) the following content:
