About modification of the Instruction about procedure for the organization of cash work by banks and carrying out payment transactions by payment service providers in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of payment services and strengthening of requirements to suppliers of payment services / the commercial agents performing the activities for acceptance of cash via payment devices, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine

The Section VI of the Instruction on procedure for the organization of cash work by banks and carrying out payment transactions by payment service providers in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 25, 2018 No. 103 (with changes), after Item 124 to add with three new Items 124-1-124-3 of the following content:

"124-1. The payment service provider shall provide storage in operational and accounting system of information on transactions with use of payment devices on introduction of cash for transfer of its amount into accounts, including payment transactions which carrying out is provided with the commercial agent, including:

1) the code of authorization or other code identifying transaction in payment system;

2) number of the mobile phone of the payer;

3) date and time of making of transaction by the payer, and also date and time of sending the one-time password or the transferred password by means of phone call on number of the mobile phone entered by the payer for carrying out transaction;
