About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 10/2012 about approval of the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 10/2012 about approval of the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 7-12, 30), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Paragraph one to replace 1) in Provision Item 9 with the following paragraphs:

"Sending out on business abroad of members of the government, heads of the State office and the CEOs of other central administrative authorities is performed after preliminary approval of the Prime Minister. The delegating subject informs the corresponding diplomatic missions of the Republic of Moldova through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.

Sending out on business abroad of state secretaries, secretaries general of the ministries and deputy secretaries general of the ministries is performed after preliminary approval of the minister, and sending out on business abroad of deputy director generals of other central administrative authorities is performed after preliminary approval of the head/CEO of the relevant administrative authority. In both cases the delegating subject informs the State office and the corresponding diplomatic missions of the Republic of Moldova through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.";

2) the subitem b) Item 2 to state in annex No. 1 in the following edition:

"b) deputy secretaries general of Parliament, deputy secretaries general of the Government, deputy secretaries general of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova, secretaries general of the ministries, deputy secretaries general of the ministries and deputy director generals of other central administrative authorities;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
