Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 116) the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding the 2nd Article 26 of the word "five years" "ten years";
2) Article 29 to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The head of the authorized state body knowing questions of defense for the purpose of accomplishment of the certain tasks connected with passing of compulsory military service is granted the right to leave on military service of the military personnel of compulsory military service over fixed term, but no more than two months, according to the petition of the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces, the head of the relevant state body in whom compulsory military service is provided.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
