About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2011 No. 261 "About creation of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company:

state preamble in the following edition:

"For the purpose of assistance to sustainable development of economy of the Republic of Belarus, increase in efficiency of investing activities:";

in Item 1:

state subitem 1.2 in the following edition:

"1.2. tasks of Development bank are:

loan granting within rendering the state financial support according to legal acts;

loan granting for implementation of investment projects within state programs, financing of the actions providing property acquisition for its transfer to finance lease (leasing), investment projects according to the decision of the President of the Republic of Belarus and which are independently selected by Development bank of investment projects according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus;

assistance to development and support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship by way:

provisions of resources to banks and the leasing organizations for the purposes of financing of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship by them;

issues of bank guarantees in providing guarantees of the legal entities presented as ensuring obligation fulfillment of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship on return of the credits by them and to other obligations to banks;

financings of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship by Development bank within realization of the tasks assigned to Development bank;

participations in realization of new tools and mechanisms of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship according to orders and decisions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
