2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2015 No. 210 "About approval of the Order of registration of some heritable cases in the Heritable register" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 32, the Art. 923).

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 491:
"Wills and heritable agreements" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the resolution of the word "wills, heritable agreements and the opened heritable cases";
