1. On Russian Railways and rates of the additional charges to expect rates transit transportation of goods by rules of Tariff policy and to convert into US dollars on the rate announced by Administration * Tariff policy.

2. And the rates of the additional charges calculated in Russian rubles to convert rates on transit transportation of goods on Russian Railways into US dollars on the official rate of Russian ruble to the US dollar established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation for date of the announcement of such rates the organization of rail transport.

3. Including with participation of different types of transport irrespective of forms of carriage documents to perform charge of transportation payments for transit transportation of goods on Russian Railways in US dollars.

4. Determine that payment currency for transit transportation of goods on Russian Railways are:
