Make the following changes to "The rule for apportionment, accounting, use and determination of payment for radio frequencies", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 22 of February 1, 2007 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 2, Art. 182; 2009, No. 2, Art. 144; 2014, No. 2, Article 216, No. 6, Article 747, 2016, No. 9, Article 1585, 2019, No. 1, Article 158, 2021, No. 7, Article 888, 2022, No. 4, Article 391, No. 5, Art. 558, No. 8, Art. 1015, No. 12, Art. 1544):
1. To exclude the words "generally in the schedule of allocation of strips of frequencies and in the plan of perspective use of radio-frequency range" from Item 1.2.
2. The second offer of Item 1.3 to state in the following edition:
"Designing, installation and operation of radio-electronic means (further - RES) with use of radio frequencies without decision on allocation of radio frequencies, except for subjects of defense, intelligence and counterintelligence activities, and also installation and operation of radio-electronic means without allowing leaf for use of the radio-electronic means determined by the Cabinet of Ministers is forbidden.".
