About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of activities of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of the number of staff of state bodies, "About reducing number of the state apparatus" of June 26, 2021 No. 278 and "About measures for expense optimization of the republican budget, increase in efficiency of use of budgetary funds by state bodies and local government bodies" of December 2, 2021 No. 541, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides increases in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, implementation of presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, including technical and service personnel" of November 15, 2021 No. 264 the following change:

in appendix 1 to the above-named resolution:

- in Item 6 of figure "7491", "1529", "98", "16", "37", "7220" and "1476" to replace respectively with figures "7198", "1228", "119", "18", "45", "6906" and "1165".

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 434 the following change:
