About modification of Rules of marking of dairy products means of identification

1. Add the Rules of marking of dairy products means of identification approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 15, 2020 No. 2099 "About approval of Rules of marking of dairy products means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning dairy products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 51, the Art. 8482), Item 92 (1) the following content:

"92(1). Till April 1, 2024 the organization of retail trade in case of sale of the marked dairy products with use of the control and cash equipment in case of impossibility to identify and distinguish the technical means integrated with the established and registered control and cash equipment, transfers the means of identification applied on dairy products at the time of calculation for such dairy products to information system of monitoring of the data on commodity code and date of production of each unit to the specified dairy products.

During one calendar month the amount of such dairy products on each organization of retail trade cannot exceed 2 percent of total quantity of the sold units of dairy products the organization of retail trade during this calendar month.".
