Make the following changes to the "Rules of creation and maintaining official registers of personal estate" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 564 of April 11, 2007 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 4, Art. 326; 2008, No. 6, Art. 495, No. 11, Art. 969). 980, 2013, No. 6, Art. 656, 2014, No. 10, Art. 1176, 2016, No. 2 (volume II), Art. 243, No. 3, Art. 457, No. 8, Art. No. 8 of the Art. 1521, 2018 No. 2 of the Art. 208, No. 9 of the Art. 1840, 2020 No. 9 of the Art. 1140, 2021 No. 1 of the Art. 38, 2022 No. 5 of the Art. 469, No. 8, Article 845; Presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 2019 of February 1, 2023 and No. 2077 from 30 March, 2023:
1. Add with paragraph 2.3-1 of the following content:
"2.3-1. If the documents or data necessary for registration of personal estate in registers, it is possible to receive in the relevant public institution through the Information system "Electronic Government", these documents or data from the applicant are not required. In cases when it is impossible to receive such documents or data through the information system "Electronic Government", their representation is requested in the relevant public institution on demand with the consent of the applicant or is provided by the applicant.".
2. In the first offer of Item 2.9 after the word of "shortcomings" to add with words "(taking into account provisions of Item 2.3-1 of these rules)".
