The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Leave the Agreement on forming of the Common economic space made on September 19, 2003 in Yalta and ratified with clause the Law of Ukraine of April 20, 2004 No. 1683-IV (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 32, the Art. 388).

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
