About modification of the Order of the Government No. 696/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance

1. In the Order of the Government No. 696/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 329, of the Art. 801), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 2 of figure "335" to replace with figures "367";

b) to add Item 3 after the word of "ministry" with the text", the deputy secretary general of the ministry";

c) add item 4 with the following offer: "Methodological coordination, management, monitoring, assessment, control, the organization and the common directorship of activities of regional treasuries are performed by Head department of the State Treasury.";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 7:

add with subitems 3-1) and 3-2) of the following content:

"3-1) approval of industry policy according to chapters about accession to the European Union for the purpose of development of the Contribution of the Republic of Moldova to the Annual packet of expansion of the European Union and gradual preparation for opening of negotiations on accession of the Republic of Moldova for the European Union;

3-2) implementation of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand";

10) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"10) ensuring financial education of the population in the field of public finances";

add with the subitem 11) of the following content:

"11) implementation of other specific functions";
