1. "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376 with the following changes) to add the Section XV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 13-4 of the following content:
"13-4. Fee on delivery of the pensions granted according to Articles 54 and 55 (before achievement of retirement age, the stipulated in Clause 26 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance") the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash", the laws of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", "About public service", "About the National Bank of Ukraine", "About diplomatic service", "About service in local government bodies", "About prosecutor's office", "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine", "About judicial examination", "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", "About the state support of media, guarantees of professional activity and social protection of the journalist", the Customs code of Ukraine, the Tax code of Ukraine, Regulations on the assistant-consultant to the People's Deputy of Ukraine, and monthly perpetual monetary pay appointed according to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges", it is performed at the expense of sources from which the corresponding payments are carried out.
