According to provisions of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), Articles 6 parts (9) Item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 143), and also in pursuance of provisions of article 4 of the Law No. 89/2022 on ratification of the Contract on financing between the Republic of Moldova and the European Investment Bank for project implementation "Energy efficiency in the Republic of Moldova" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 115-117, 208) and the Orders of the Government No. 314/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 409) I ORDER to Art. No. 189-191,:

1. Appendix No. 11 undressed "CODES of the tax and customs privileges provided according to the current legislation for customs procedure "42", to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009, (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), to add with release code "058" following contents:
