About introduction of amendments to article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning completing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by officials of officers for the special period

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In paragraph six of part one of figure and the word "30 years" to replace with figures and the word "32 years".

2. After part two to add with new part of the following content:

"3. During action of warlike situation on military service under the contract of faces of officers faces of sergeant and foreman structure which pass military service under the contract, military service are accepted during mobilization, for the special period, or military service of persons from among reservists during the special period, at least three months were directly involved in military (fighting) operations and service duties on positions of faces of officers which list is determined respectively by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and other central executive bodies which according to the law perform management of military forming successfully carry out at least three months.

The faces of officers specified in paragraph one of this part no later than six months from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation take course of military preparation in the direction, the corresponding profile of office activities".
