About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning verification of data in separate systems and registers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252 with the following changes):

the sixth after paragraph one to add part with the new paragraph of the following content:

"about the employed persons with disability".

With respect thereto paragraphs two and third to consider respectively paragraphs the third and fourth;

after part seven to add with new part of the following content:

"Information on the employed persons obtained from the Pension fund of Ukraine with disability is used in centralized databank on disability problems for determination in automatic regime of persons with disability who can be employed".

With respect thereto the eighth or twelfth to consider parts respectively parts of the ninth or thirteenth;

add with parts fourteen and the fifteenth the following content:

"Social Security Fund of persons with disability in the automated mode with use of data of the State register of obligatory national social insurance and the Centralized databank on problems of disability performs determination of persons with disability which can be employed, and sends information on such persons to the State jobcenter for carrying out work on their employment.

Procedure for determination of persons with disability which can be employed the form and procedure for sending information on such persons are determined by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of social protection of the population in coordination with the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of employment of the population and labor migration".
