1. Approve within the Program of complex development of wine growing and winemaking in the republic in 2023 - 2026:
Target indicators of creation of new vineyards in 2023-2024, according to appendix No. 1 *;
The in-vitro laboratories created for procurement of saplings of grapes in regions of the republic according to appendix No. 2 *;
"Road map" on complex development of vinogradarsky and wine industry in 2023 - 2026, according to appendix No. 3*.
Form project offices on ensuring execution of the measures determined by "Road map" and also target and forecast indicators under the leadership of the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and hokim of areas.
2. Approve structure of Council for development of wine growing in the republic (further - Council), according to appendix No. 4*.
Assign the following tasks to Council:
decision making on specialization of the territories and areas of the republic in cultivation of grapes, determination of the most optimum areas of creation of vineyards;
determination of measures for wine growing development as national culture proceeding from the culture of national agriculture, values of our people created throughout centuries;
creation of chain of value added in the field of way of cultivation of grapes on big squares by methods of cluster and cooperation, development of offers on stimulation of storage, sorting and conversion of grapes;
broad development of wine growing in households and on the home parcels of land of the population, identification of new initiators and approval of the address program;
