About determination of separate categories of the physical persons having the right to services in assistance to entrepreneurial initiative

According to Item 1 of article 110 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:

1. Determine the following separate categories of the physical persons having the right to services in assistance to entrepreneurial initiative:

1) for microcredit on returnable basis, training in entrepreneurship bases:

unemployed;

the laid-off workers who did not reach retirement age, stipulated in Item 1 article 207 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

persons which are independently performing activities for production (realization) of goods, performance of works and rendering services for the purpose of commercialization without registration as the individual entrepreneur, and (or) the idle individual entrepreneurs;

persons which are independently performing unpaid activities in family entrepreneurship;

persons which are independently performing activities for production in personal subsidiary farm for sale (exchange) with the income are lower than the size of subsistence minimum;

members of production cooperatives with the income are lower than the size of subsistence minimum;

the beginning and/or acting individual entrepreneurs;

2) for provision of non-paid grants on realization of the new business ideas to socially vulnerable national groups which treat:

receivers of the address public assistance;

receivers of monthly public welfare payment to the large families having four and more jointly the living minor children, including children who are studying full-time according to general education or professional programs in the organizations of general secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary, higher and (or) postgraduate education after achievement of eighteen-year age by them until the termination of the organizations of education (but no more than before achievement of twenty-three-year age) and (or) his (her) spouse (spouse);
