Article 1.

Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About prosecutor's office of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of September 17, 2021 No. 97) the following changes:

in Article 84:

a) state part 5 in the following edition:

"5. Bodies of national insurance pay insurance sum at the expense of means of the republican budget for representation of bodies of prosecutor's office in cases:

1) death (death) of the prosecutor and the investigator in case of execution of service duties by them. The lump-sum allowance in the amount of twenty average monthly salaries on the last position is paid to family of the dead. Behind family of the dead the right to well-planned premises on conditions and the bases which took place at the time of death of the employee remains;

2) receipts of mutilation or disability by the prosecutor and the investigator in case of execution of the service duties excluding further opportunity to be engaged in professional activity by them pay one-time insurance sum in the following sizes:

a) to the disabled person of the I group - ten average monthly salaries on the last position;

b) to the disabled person of the II group - eight average monthly salaries on the last position;

c) to the disabled person of III group - five average monthly salaries on the last position.

To the employee who became disabled owing to mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) in case of execution of service duties by it, monthly pays compensation in the form of difference between the salary and the granted disability pension, without offsetting of the payments received on compulsory national insurance.";
