Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pledge" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2005, No. 6, the Art. 377) the following change:
to state the subitem 5 of Item 3 of Article 35 in the following edition:
"5) other property carried by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic to real estate except buildings and constructions of the hydroelectric power stations and water storage basins which are under authority of public institutions and companies, economic societies (subsidiaries) with the state share in the authorized capital.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
