About transfer of Public regional broadcasting company "Yntymak" to maintaining National telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of uniform coordination of the Kyrgyz Republic of regional broadcasting companies of the Kyrgyz Republic by National telebroadcasting corporation, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Transfer organization "Public regional broadcasting company "Yntymak" with the corresponding states, financial and material resources from the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic to maintaining National telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. National telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- in accordance with the established procedure to carry out the state re-registration of organization "Public regional broadcasting company "Yntymak" in judicial authorities;
- take the organizational and other measures following from this resolution.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Public regional broadcasting company "Yntymak" of November 29, 2011 No. 742 the following changes:
in the Charter of Public regional broadcasting company "Yntymak" approved by the above-stated resolution:
- third Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Founder of the Company is the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Functions of the Founder are performed by National telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
