1. Reorganize the public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry" (accepting the legal entity) by merging (accession) with public organization "The Center of Enhancement in the field of Mechanization of Agricultural Industry" (the joining legal entity).

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry in 30-day time from the date of publication of this resolution to create the commission on cession of property of the attached legal entity to the accepting legal entity. Perform cession of property according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. In case of impossibility of its transfer to perform release of personnel in connection with reorganization of public organization "The Center of Enhancement in the field of Mechanization of Agricultural Industry" according to the legislation.
