About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses on enhancement of the legislation in the field of migration
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:
1. Add with Article 185-15 of the following content:
"Article 185-15. Failure to carry out of legal requirements of officials of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of migration (immigration and emigration), including counteractions of illegal (illegal) migration, nationality, registration of physical persons, refugees and other categories of migrants determined by the legislation
Not accomplishment of legal requirements of officials of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of migration (immigration and emigration), including counteractions of illegal (illegal) migration, nationality, registration of physical persons, refugees and other categories of migrants determined by the legislation, when implementing of the powers by them on prevention and counteraction of illegal (illegal) migration or control of activities of registration authorities of the residence (stay) -
attracts imposing of penalty on citizens from fifty to hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials - from hundred to hundred fifty free minima income of citizens.
The same act made repeatedly within year after imposing of administrative punishment -
attracts imposing of penalty on citizens from hundred to hundred fifty free minima income of citizens and on officials - from hundred fifty to two hundred free minima income of citizens".
2. In Article 202:
Paragraph two to state 1) in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of penalty on citizens from fifty to hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials - from hundred to hundred fifty free minima income of citizens";
