About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance"

1. In Article 2.1 before the words "from this Law" to add the word "From the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. In Article 4.4 of the word "control facility of the financial markets" shall be replaced with words "Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Central bank)".
3. In Articles 4. 5, 22.1.7, 24.1.6, 26.2, 27.3, 28.1, 28.4, 28.6, 28.7, 29.2, 30. 2, In Articles 31. 2, 31.4, 34.1, 34.2 (in both cases), in the first paragraph of Article 34.3., in Articles 34. 4, 34-1.3, 40.2, in the text of Article 48, in Articles 52-1. 3, 57.1, 58.4, 58.5, 63-3.0.2, 63-4.3, 63-4.4, in the text of Articles 63 - 9 and 69, and in the first offer of Article 73.1 of the word "control facility of the financial market" shall be replaced with words Central bank in the corresponding cases of noun.
4. In Article 9.3 of the word "Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words Central bank.
5. To exclude words from Article 12.2 "Except that 96 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About insurance activity" are stipulated in Article.
