1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for control and accounting of the data specified in licenses for movement of separate types of goods and vehicles through customs border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To chiefs of Departments of customs control on areas, the cities of Almaty, Astana and customs:

1) to provide execution of this order, and also to toughen control of observance of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in scope of measures of non-tariff regulation;

2) in each customs authority to determine officials responsible for control for observance by participants of foreign economic activity of measures of non-tariff regulation.

3. To management of the organization of customs control (to Beyspekov O.K.) provide control of execution of Item 2 of this order.

4. To confer the personal responsibility behind execution of this order on chiefs of Departments of customs control on areas, the cities of Almaty and Astana, customs.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdishev B. T.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
