About measures for further acceleration of reforms and the effective organization of system of public administration in the field of tourism

For the purpose of further enhancement of tourist infrastructure by attraction of additional investments into the sphere of tourism and creating favorable conditions for private sector, employment increase of the population, expansion of traffic routes of transport, strengthening of promotion of tourist capacity of the republic in the internal and external markets, and also implementations of new procedures in public administration by this sphere:

1. For the purpose of increase in tourist flow to the republic and rendering additional state support to tour operators, since January 1, 2024:

a) allocate the stimulating subsidies from 20 US dollars to 100 US dollars in equivalent for each tourist brought by tour operators to the Republic of Uzbekistan from foreign countries with the low level of tourist flow.

At the same time to the minister of ecology, environmental protection and climate change to approve the list of foreign countries with the low level of tourist flow, the number of the tourists who are subject to attraction, the sizes and procedure for provision of the stimulating subsidies;

b) compensate the part of expenses of tour operators and air carriers spent for the organization of charter air flights from foreign countries in the international airports "Samarkand", "Bukhara" and "Urgench", 20 US dollars in equivalent during the winter period (from November 20 to February 20) 50 US dollars in equivalent for each foreign tourist on condition of its stay in the territory of the republic at least five nights.

At the same time the expenses provided in subitems "an" and "b" of this Item are made by fund of support of tourism.

2. For the purpose of the state financial support of increase in number of hotels and improvement of quality of servicing in them, since January 1, 2024:
