About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring inviolability of property rights

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 1, Art. 9 with the following changes):

Item of 1 part three of Article 10 to add 1) with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"availability of the fact of application of sanctions according to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" which make impossible carrying out state registration of the rights";

Part one of Article 14 to add 2) with Items 5 and 6 of the following content:

"5) the introduction in legal force of the judgment which cancels the decision of the state registrar on state registration of the rights based on which the appropriate section is open;

6) recognition accepted with violation of this Law and cancellation by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine decisions of the state registrar on state registration of the rights based on which the appropriate section is open, - in case, stipulated in Item 1 part seven of article 37 of this Law";

Part one of Article 24 to add 3) with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1) factual determination of application of sanctions according to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" which make impossible carrying out state registration of the rights";

4) in Article 26:

third to state part in the following edition:

"3. Data on the corporeal rights, the encumbrances of the corporeal rights entered in the State register of the rights are not subject to cancellation and/or withdrawal, except cases, stipulated in Item 1 part seven of article 37 of this Law.
