About modification of some regulations

This law partially shifts appendix I to the Directive 96/53/SE of Council of July 25, 1996 establishing for some vehicles moving on Community, the most admissible dimensions in case of national and international carriages and the most allowable weight in case of international carriages, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 235 of September 17, 1996 with the subsequent changes made by Regulations (EU) 2019/1242 European Parliament and Council of June 20, 2019 about establishment of standards of efficiency of emissions of CO2 for new vehicles of big load-carrying capacity, and also about change of Regulations (EU) No. 595/2009 and (EU) 2018/956 of the European Parliament and Council and the Directive 96/53/EU of Council.

Art. I. - In the Law on highways No. 509/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 32), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. After formula of acceptance to add the law with formula of harmonization of the following content:

"This law partially shifts appendix I to the Directive 96/53/SE of Council of July 25, 1996 establishing for some vehicles moving on Community, the most admissible dimensions in case of national and international carriages and the most allowable weight in case of international carriages, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 235 of September 17, 1996 with the subsequent changes made by Regulations (EU) 2019/1242 European Parliament and Council of June 20, 2019 about establishment of standards of efficiency of emissions of CO2 for new vehicles of big load-carrying capacity, and also about change of Regulations (EU) No. 595/2009 and (EU) 2018/956 of the European Parliament and Council and the Directive 96/53/EU of Council.".

2. The changes made by this Item concern only the text in Romanian.

3. In Article 1:

in part (3):

in the concept "management of highways" of the word "the concessions, lease and employment connected with highways public;" shall be replaced with words "award of concessions and regulation of use of zones of highways public;";
