About additional measures of material support of the segments of the population needing social protection

For the purpose of ensuring the sequence of the measures directed to increase in level of living of the population, social protection and material support of citizens, and also determinations of the sizes of pensions and benefits are not lower than the sizes of cost of the minimum consumer spendings:

1. Establish since May 1, 2024:

the old-age benefit size to the citizens who do not have necessary length of service - 648 000 sum a month;

the minimum size of old-age pension in case of incomplete length of service taking into account surcharge - 648 000 sum a month;

the size of the benefit provided to the legal representative of the child performing care of the handicapped children aged up to 18 years needing foreign leaving - 648 000 sum a month;

the size of benefit for one disabled member of the family of the receiver of benefit on the occasion of loss of the supporter - 648 000 in month with addition on 212 000 sum on each following disabled member of such family;

the minimum size of pension on one disabled member of the family of the receiver of pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter - 648 000 sum a month with pension payment to each following disabled family member according to the operating procedure.

2. The expenses connected with increase in the sizes of pensions and benefits become covered at the expense of means of the Government budget and the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Economics and finance.
