About measures for social and economic development of the city of Tashkent till 2030

For the purpose of transformation of the city of Tashkent into one of the cities, most convenient for accommodation, by implementation of the principles of modern management and system of mutually beneficial cooperation of the state and subjects of entrepreneurship, in particular, increases in efficiency of involvement of the available resources, improvements of social infrastructure and architectural appearance, and also increase in convenient space and green zones for the capital population:

1. Determine the main directions of development of the city of Tashkent till 2030:

ensuring stable economic growth by means of implementation of mutually advantageous projects with subjects of entrepreneurship and effective involvement of the available resources;

transformation of the capital to one of megalopolises with clean air and creation of conditions for rest of inhabitants and city visitors by change of appearance of recreation parks, squares, boulevards and sharp increase in quantity of green zones;

transformation of the capital to the territory which does not have problems in public service by means of expansion and upgrade of engineering and communication networks and also creation of more comfortable for movement of people of road infrastructure;

implementation of the principles of "smart" town planning by coordination of construction on the basis of single approach and expansion of social infrastructure is proportional to construction amount;

implementation of the modern management based on key performance indicators and also human resources development due to creation of project offices in each direction in system of khokimiyat.

2. Approve the Main target indicators of development of the city of Tashkent till 2030, according to appendix No. 1 *, providing:

inclusion of the city of Tashkent in the rating of the cities, most convenient for accommodation;

bringing amount of gross regional product to 500 trillion sum;

projects implementation in the field of the industry and services on the amount of 40 billion US dollars;

finishing export volume of the industry, services and tourism to 7, 5 billion US dollars;
