About the tariff privileges concerning the exported from the Russian Federation oil and self-produced oil products of the companies with foreign investments
For the purpose of ensuring stability of the mode of implementation of foreign investments in oil and oil-processing industry the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for determination of the sizes and effective periods of the tariff privileges provided in the form of partial or full relief when exporting from customs area of the Russian Federation of oil and oil products carried to self-produced products of the companies with foreign investments.
2. To the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economics of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of external commercial relations of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to create the interdepartmental commission for preparation and predstavleration to create the interdepartmental commission for preparation and submission to the Government of the Russian Federation of offers on provision of the tariff privileges concerning the exported from the Russian Federation oil and self-produced oil products of the companies with foreign investments.
3. To impose control of realization of the provided tariff privileges for the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation, the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation and the Federal Service of Russia on currency and export exchange control.
