1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 3, 2022 No. 238 "About approval of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning conclusion from the market of systemically important bank in the conditions of warlike situation" the following changes:
The word "insolvent" to exclude 1) in preamble;
2) in Item 1:
in subitem 1 of the word "heads insolvent" shall be replaced with words "the chairman, his deputies and members of the supervisory board, the chairman, his deputies and board members";
in subitem 2 "insolvent" to exclude the word.
