About modification of the Procedure for conducting the Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting the Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 428 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1523), the enclosed change.

2. To provide to the State Customs Service within 120 days from the date of publication of this resolution:

promulgation of the list of decisions on classification of the goods according to the Combined nomenclature provided in the relevant acts of the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU) on the date of adoption of this resolution provided that such decisions do not contradict regulations of the International convention on the Harmonized commodity description and coding system, and updating of such list at least once a quarter;

preparation and publication of information on compliance of the commodity codes specified in the relevant acts of the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU), to codes of the current version of the commodity nomenclature UKTVED;

completion of the corresponding software.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and becomes effective in 120 days from the date of its publication.
