1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning the separate types of the fabrics made of flat or similar threads from polyethylene or polypropylene and classified by code 5407 20 190 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till August 31, 2025 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 5407 20 190 0 of the CN FEA EEU to replace the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "<63C>" with the reference "<75C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 75C of the following content:
