1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2019 No. 479 "Questions of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"176-1) imposes ban and quantitative restrictions (quotas) concerning separate goods within the competence in coordination with authorized body in regulation of trading activity;

176-2) develops and approves procedure for distribution of quotas within the competence in coordination with authorized body in regulation of trading activity;

176-3) distributes quantitative restrictions (quotas) of export and (or) import of separate goods between participants of foreign trade activity, and also determines the size of quotas and term of their action within the competence in coordination with authorized body in regulation of trading activity;

176-4) develops and approves licensing procedure for export and (or) import from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of separate types of goods within the competence;

176-5) develops and approves procedure and form of confirmation of purpose of goods within the competence in coordination with authorized body in regulation of trading activity;

176-6) provides confirmation of purpose of goods;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
