1. Bring in the list of separate goods which import to customs area of Ukraine and/or movement on the territory of Ukraine is performed without provision to customs authorities of the providing customs payment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1091 by en route (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 80, by Art. 4857; 2023, No. 13, Art. 780, No. 39, Art. 2057), following changes:

Item 4 to exclude 1);

2) to add the list with Item 10 of the following content:

"10. Goods which description and codes according to UKTVED are determined by Item 9-27 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
