About national standards of the Russian Federation

1. From the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of December 27, 2002 N184-FZ "About Technical Regulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N52 (part I), the Art. 5410):

recognize as national standards the state and interstate standards accepted by Gosstandart of Russia till July 1, 2003;

until entry into force of the conforming technical regulations requirements to products, production processes, operation, the storages, transportations, realization and utilizations established by the specified national standards are subject to obligatory execution only in the part answering the purpose:

protection of life or health of citizens, property of physical persons or legal entities, state-owned or municipal property;

environmental protections, life or health of animals and plants; preventions of the actions misleading приобретателей*.
