About modification of appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2022 No. 1466

1. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2022 No. 1466 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2023" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, of the Art. 309) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 7, 2023 No. 684, such changes:

1) line item

"The coked coal (only brands "K") 2701 12 10 00 600 000 tons"

replace with such line item:

"The coked coal (only brands "K") 2701 12 10 00900 000 tons";

The paragraph third item 4 of notes to appendix to state 2) in the following edition:

"Issue of export licenses of goods of goods item 1701 according to UKTVED is performed based on requests for receipt of export licenses of the specified goods to Romania and based on the approvals submitted by Minagropolitiki within one-day term without involvement of the subject of foreign economic activity according to the procedure of interdepartmental exchange of information on condition of availability of amount of goods of goods item 1701 according to the UKTVED specified in the request, confirmed with the assured applicant or person authorized by it the copy of form of the state statistical observation No. 1-P (monthly) and/or forms 21-zag (monthly) as of July 1, 2023 which is applied to the request, and taking into account that one subject of foreign economic activity can receive licenses/licenses for total amount of such goods to 20 percent of total amount of quota.".
