About modification of Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission
The supreme Eurasian economic council solved:
1. Bring in the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, the following changes:
a) add appendix No. 1 to the specified Regulations with Item 158 of the following content:
"158. Approval of Rules of determination of country of source of separate types of goods for the purposes of the public (municipal) procurements.";
b) add appendix No. 2 to the specified Regulations with Item 45 of the following content:
"45. Consideration of question of cancellation in the Eurasian register of manufactured goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of record about industrial goods of state member and its producer.".
2. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
