About modification of the Regulations on lease of property of insolvent banks

1. Bring in Regulations on lease of the property of insolvent banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 15, 2018 No. 465, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 15, 2018 at No. 313/31765, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

add the paragraph the fifth Item 2 after the word "lease" with words "public authority, local government body,";

add Item 3 after the paragraph of the fifteenth with the paragraph the sixteenth the following content:
