About modification of appendix No. 1 to Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission

The supreme Eurasian economic council solved:

1. Bring in appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, the following changes:

a) add with Items 137 - 154 following of content:

"137. Approval of the inventory concerning which according to Item 2 of article 2 of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 (further - the Agreement on the traceability mechanism) traceability is performed (further - the goods which are subject to traceability).

138. Determination of cases when traceability concerning the goods which are subject to traceability is not performed.

139. Determination of terms and procedure for inclusion in national system of traceability of data on the goods which are subject to traceability, actually being on customs area of the Union on the date of entry into force of the decision of the Commission on approval of the inventory concerning which traceability (modification of such list), and the transactions connected with turnover of such goods is performed.

140. Determination of cases of inclusion in national system of traceability of data on movement of the goods which are subject to traceability, from the territory of one state member on the territory of other state member, not connected with realization of such goods.

141. Determination of procedure for inclusion in national system of traceability of data on movement of the goods which are subject to traceability, from the territory of one state member on the territory of other state member, not connected with realization of such goods.

142. Determination of terms of inclusion in national system of traceability of data from the documents specified in subitems 1 and 3 of Item 1 of article 5 of the Agreement on the traceability mechanism.
