About modification of appendix No. 1 to Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission

1. Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, to add with Items 166 and 167 of the following content:
"166. Determination of the inventory, others, than are provided by the Customs code of the Union concerning which customs transactions are made in first-priority procedure.
167. Determination of the list of the types of goods which are exposed to bystry spoil concerning which customs transactions are made in first-priority procedure.".
2. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
