For the purpose of enhancement of management system fish industry, rational use of natural and artificial reservoirs, implementation of evidence-based methods and intensive technologies of cultivation of fish, effective use of opportunities of the operating pools, and also implementation of procedure for realization of natural and artificial reservoirs on the basis of the market principles and transparency by means of electronic online auction:

1. Determine that since October 1, 2023 by means of electronic trade platform of "E-auksion" through electronic online auction it are provided to subjects of entrepreneurship in lease:

the natural and artificial reservoirs (water storage basins) belonging to the state - for trade cultivation and catch of fish, and also other purposes provided by acts of the legislation;

the parcels of land of nonagricultural appointment around natural and artificial reservoirs (water storage basins), and also the rivers - for creation of beach areas at water, rendering services in sports and amateur fishing, fishing, driving by the boat and water walk, the organization of trade in fish products, including fish dishes, services of public catering and other tourist services, and also for placement for this purpose constructions from easy designs (complex of yurtovy camps, containers).

At the same time the requirements determined by this Item do not extend to natural and artificial reservoirs (water storage basins) with incomplete effective period of lease agreements, and also to Aydar-Arnasaysky system of lakes which management is enhanced by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 22, 2022 No. PP-141 "About measures for enhancement of management of Aydar-Arnasaysky system of lakes", and also to underwater soil of 227 thousand hectares of the Aral Sea, allocated to Public institution "Orol of Artemy Sanoati" in the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
