About support of the separate state organizations of culture

For the purpose of creation of conditions for effective development national musical, choreographic, circus, theater, cinematography and ensuring cultural leisure of the population:

1. Determine that support at the expense of means is given:

1.1. republican or local budgets to the state organizations of culture on:

carrying out running repair of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, their parts;

acquisition of the equipment and other fixed assets, and also on carrying out capital repairs, reconstruction of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, their parts included in the corresponding cost budget;

1.2. the republican budget to the state organizations of cinematography performing production of movies on acquisition of the equipment, other fixed assets;

1.3. republican or local budgets in the form of provision of subsidies:

to the state organizations of culture (except for theaters) on financing of the current expenses connected with cultural activities according to standard rates of ensuring cultural activities;

to theaters on financing of the expenses connected with implementation of the current activities, not specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item according to the standard rate of ensuring the current activities of theaters in the amount of actually gained income of theaters. The sizes of subsidy cannot be less than the size (taking into account actually gained income of theaters) providing to workers minimum wage (including fees on the national social insurance) taking into account guarantees, stipulated by the legislation about work;

to the state theatrical and spectacular organizations (except for theaters) on creation and updating of concert programs, circus representations and holding tours;

to the state organizations of cinematography performing display and (or) distribution of movies on acquisition of copies of movies and the rights to use movies.
