I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 3, 2020 No. 334 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Production (Formulyation) of Pesticides, Realization of Pesticides, Use of Pesticides Aerosol and Fumigatsionny by Methods" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 21589) the following changes:

"4. The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Production (Formulyation) of Pesticides, Realization of Pesticides, Use of Pesticides Aerosol and Fumigatsionny by Methods" is specified in appendix 1 to these rules (further – the List).

5. For receipt of the state service the physical person or legal entity (further – uslugopoluchatel) sends to the service provider by means of the portal the documents specified in Item 8 of the List.

Data on the identity document of physical person, on registration (re-registration) of the legal entity, on registration as the individual entrepreneur, or about the beginning of activities as the individual entrepreneur, about the registered rights (encumbrances) to real estate and its technical characteristics, about payment in the budget of the license fee the service provider receives from the corresponding state information systems through lock of "the electronic government".
