About bankruptcy approach risk degree assessment
Based on subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 No. 227-Z "About insolvency settlement", subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:
1. Establish the following indicators of assessment of risk degree of approach of bankruptcy (further - indicators) legal entities and individual entrepreneurs concerning whom according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About insolvency settlement" application of procedures in course of production on the case of bankruptcy is possible (further - subjects of managing):
the coefficient of security of obligations with property characterizing ratio of obligations and property;
the coefficient of overdue obligations characterizing ratio of overdue obligations and total amount of obligations.
2. Establish the following procedure of payments of indicators:
2.1. the coefficient of security of obligations with property is calculated as the relation of total amount of obligations of the subject of managing to total cost of its property;
2.2. the coefficient of overdue obligations is calculated as the relation of the amount of overdue obligations to the total amount of obligations of the subject of managing where overdue obligations are obligations which completion date came;
2.3. measure calculation is made with rounding of value to within two signs after comma;
