Suspend paragraphs of third and fourth Item 1.2 of Rules of implementation of the money transfers on money transfer systems in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 15, 2009 No. 30/6, before adoption of the relevant decision of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that during suspension of action of paragraphs of the third and fourth paragraphs of Item 1.2 of Rules of implementation of the money transfers on money transfer systems in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 15, 2009 No. 30/6, before adoption of the relevant decision of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- money transfer on the international money transfer system in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is provided to the receiver in the currency sent by the sender and the Kyrgyz Republic, other than national currency, - som;

- response/cancellation of money transfer on the international money transfer system from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed in that currency in which money transfer was sent.
