Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 19, 2021 No. 136) the following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 19 in state language of the word of "darazhasa of bars" shall be replaced with words "darazhasa болгон uchurda";
2) in Article 21:
a) in part 1 in state language of the word of "darazhasa of bars" shall be replaced with words "darazhasa болгон uchurda";
b) to state item 4 of part 3 in the following edition:
"4) the staff of legal divisions, the secretariats of fractions, deputy groups, departments of committees of the Office of Jogorku Kenesh, consultants, assistants to the deputies of Jogorku Kenesh having the higher legal education;";
3) in Item 2 of part 1 of Article 23 in state language of the word of "darazhasa of bars" shall be replaced with words "darazhasa болгон uchurda".
This constitutional Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To judicial authorities and bodies of judicial self-government in three-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this constitutional Law.
